De indeling
Op de begane grond bevindt zich de centrale hal met de brievenbussen en diverse werkplekken voor bewoners. In de lobby vindt u hier zeven dagen per week een gastheer/vrouw en huismeesters voor o.a. pakketjes of het zorgen voor uw huisdier of planten tijdens vakanties. Er is de mogelijkheid om via app om met uw huismeesters te communiceren. Ook komt hier een sportschool en een prestigieuze tentoonstelling. Vanaf de begane grond kunt u de lift nemen naar de verdiepingen.

7e verdieping
Op de 7e verdieping is een externe ruime berging aanwezig voor privégebruik. Loopt u iets verder dan is daar het dakpark. Hier komt u tot rust wanneer u maar wilt. Het dakpark is ontworpen voor verjonging – van lichaam, geest en ziel. Geniet van een spectaculair uitzicht over de stad, vooral rustgevend bij zonsopgang en zonsondergang. Het dakpark is ontworpen door ARCADIS Landschapsarchitectuur als een verscheidenheid aan buitenruimtes om te ontspannen, af te spreken met vrienden of gewoon om een goed boek te lezen.

Om de 7e verdieping compleet te maken serveert hier een modern restaurant lunch en diner, en niet alleen kleine hapjes – de keuken maakt indruk met gedurfde en gezonde gerechten. Zo nu en dan is het fijn om ‘s avonds binnen te blijven en gewoon van uw gezelschap te genieten in het restaurant

18e Verdieping:
Via de luxe afgewerkte hal bij de liften vindt u hier het ruime appartement.

Entree, ruime hal, separaat toilet met fonteintje en genoeg ruimte voor de garderobe. Via de entree vervolgen wij onze weg naar de ruime en lichte woonkamer met toegang tot de twee balkons. De royale en luxe keuken met kookeiland biedt genoeg werkruimte om lekker te koken en tegelijkertijd te genieten van het uitzicht op de levendige stad. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien met diverse apparatuur, zoals een Novy inductiekookplaat met uitschuivende afzuigtoren, vaatwasser, twee multifunctionele ovens, grote koelkast met aparte vrieskast en volop opbergruimte.

Het appartement heeft veel lichtinval door het raam aan de zijkant. Vanuit de ruime living heeft u toegang tot de balkons, een ideale plek om ‘s zomers te genieten van het mooie weer. Daarnaast zijn er twee slaapkamers aanwezig, waarvan de master bedroom met inloopkast bijna 20m² is en de tweede slaapkamer circa 12m². De badkamer wordt betegeld in een zachtgroene kleur en compleet opgeleverd, voorzien van ligbad, douche en wastafelmeubel van The Lavatory. Zoals hierboven vermeld is er een tweede separaat toilet in de hal. Vanuit de hal heeft u tevens toegang tot de inpandige berging met aansluiting voor wasmachine en droger en met de opstelplaats voor de warmtepomp. De berging biedt een grote hoeveelheid opbergruimte.

Het gehele appartement beschikt over vloerverwarming én vloerkoeling. Er is nog geen dekvloer in het appartement aanwezig, waardoor u alle vrijheid heeft om deze naar eigen wens en smaak te kiezen. De wanden worden behangklaar opgeleverd.

Wonderwoods is een meesterwerk ontworpen door de wereldberoemde architecten Stefano Boeri Architetti uit Milaan en MVSA Architects uit Amsterdam. Twee groene torens, één van 70 en één van 104 meter, creëren samen een indrukwekkend verticaal bos. Geïnspireerd door de flora en fauna in het Nationaal Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug, brengen we circa 300 bomen, 75.000 struiken en bloemen en 30 verschillende diersoorten naar het stadscentrum. Flying gardeners zorgen voor het kwartaalonderhoud, zodat u zich kunt concentreren op dagelijkse privézaken en optimaal kunt genieten.

Bij Wonderwoods is de natuur alom vertegenwoordigd. Geniet van wonen te midden van het groen, gecombineerd met een fijne mix van voorzieningen die het leven comfortabeler maken. you’ll find the central hall with mailboxes and various workspaces for residents. In the lobby, there are hosts and caretakers available seven days a week for packages or taking care of your pet or plants during vacations. From the ground floor, you can take the elevator to the upper floors.

7th Floor
On the 7th floor, there is a spacious external storage room for private use. If you walk a bit further, you will find the rooftop park. Here, you can relax whenever you want. 18th Floor
Through the luxuriously finished hall by the elevators, you will find the spacious apartment. The entrance features a large hall, a separate toilet with a small sink, and ample space for a wardrobe. From the entrance, we proceed to the spacious and bright living room with access to two balconies. The generous and luxurious kitchen with an island provides enough workspace to cook comfortably while enjoying the view of the lively city. The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, such as a Novy induction cooktop with a retractable extractor tower, dishwasher, two multifunctional ovens, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer, and plenty of storage space.

The apartment has ample natural light from the side window. From the spacious living area, you have access to the balconies, an ideal place to enjoy the nice weather in summer. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a walk-in closet of nearly 20m², and the second bedroom about 12m². The bathroom is tiled in a soft green color and fully equipped with a bathtub, shower, and vanity unit from The Lavatory. As mentioned above, there is a second separate toilet in the hall. From the hall, you also have access to the indoor storage room with connections for a washing machine and dryer, as well as the setup for the heat pump. The storage room offers a large amount of storage space.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling. There is no floor finish in the apartment yet, giving you the freedom to choose one according to your taste. The walls are delivered ready for wallpapering.
